Affiliate Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Participation is open to registered practitioners, wellness influencers, or individuals over 18. By joining, you confirm your ability to promote products in compliance with local laws.
Cellular Vitality Affiliate Terms and Conditions - Hydrogen therapy and Activated Oxygen Therapy
  1. Commissions:
    • HydroMagic Max or Vital Air 5 Plus: £250 per direct sale
    • SoeMac Pro: £500 per direct sale
    • HydroMagic Pro or HydroMagic Pure: 10% per direct sale
    • SoeMac / SoeMac Plus (Travel Air Plus): 20% per direct sale
      Commissions are only payable on verified, completed purchases.
  1. Promotion Rules: Affiliates may promote via websites, social media, email, or in-person recommendations. False claims, spam, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
  1. Payment Terms: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days after the end of each month. Minimum payout threshold: £10.
  1. Coupon/Discount Codes: Any discount codes provided must be used as intended. Discounts may affect commission structure depending on the product.
  1. Termination: Affiliates may be removed for violation of these terms or unethical promotion.
  1. Amendments: The company reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, or product eligibility with 30 days’ notice.
  1. Limitation of Liability: The company (Activated Oxygen Therapy / Cellular Vitality) is not responsible for affiliate marketing performance, tax obligations, or any claims arising from affiliate promotion.
